You will need to work closely with field technicians, customers, and internal teams like Logistics, Sales, and Customer Success, as well as communicate with third-party service partners.<br>To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple timelines to ensure timely results. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with an ability to identify process improvements, increase efficiency, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.<br></span></p> <h1><span style="color: rgb(37, 71, 123);">How you'll make an impact:</span></h1> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and Italian is required, with professional-level proficiency in French strongly preferred.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience in field service coordination, logistics, operations, or a related technical coordination role.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;">Experience in telematics, fleet management, automotive, IoT, or a related technology sector is a strong asset.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;">Post-secondary education in a technical, logistics, or business-related field (or equivalent experience)</span></p> </li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;"> <p><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140); font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and hardware installation processes.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);
