You’re Role in the Blueprint:
We’re looking for a hands-on, accountable Field Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on our construction sites. This role is responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality, and driving projects safely to completion.
The ideal candidate will be someone who takes ownership in the field, communicates clearly, and keeps projects moving without constant oversight.
What You’ll Build:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover — buildings, sitework, utilities, and beyond
- Manage, schedule, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and per plans/specs
- Maintain and drive the project schedule alongside the Project Manager, including producing and distributing a rolling 3-week look-ahead
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety — proactively resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget
- Coordinate inspections and ensure readiness for key milestones and project closeout
- Enforce jobsite safety requirements, company policies, and quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate daily updates, progress, and issues to the Project Manager

Your Foundation:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family and commercial construction, including phased or multi-building projects
- Strong ability to manage multiple trades, read drawings, and understand construction sequencing, plans, and specs
- Proactive problem-solver with high accountability, clear communication, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with tight schedules and high turnover demands
- Solid understanding of quality control, punch list management, and full project turnover
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
- Familiarity with local municipalities, inspection processes, and Certificate of Occupancy procedures
- Experience coordinating with utility companies, Project Managers, and site logistics
- Basic understanding of how field decisions impact budget
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam a plus
