If you’re mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we’ll provide training to help you succeed.</p> <h3><strong>Pay &amp; Benefits</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>$18.50–$21.00/hour</strong>, based on experience</li> <li><strong>Guaranteed 40 hours/week + overtime opportunities</strong></li> <li><strong>Incremental pay increases</strong> with training and skill development</li> <li><strong>Generous PTO and comprehensive benefits</strong></li> <li><strong>Company vehicle</strong>, safety equipment, and in‑house training provided</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Install, operate, and service temporary pump and piping systems</li> <li>Load and unload pumps and related equipment</li> <li>Ability to operate lifting equipment including forklifts, extended boom forklifts, skid steers, tow motors, etc., preferred</li> <li>Complete basic documentation for rented equipment</li> <li>Work at job sites across <strong>Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana</strong></li> <li>Participate in an after‑hours/on‑call rotation as needed</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>1–3 years of construction or mechanical experience preferred (not required)</li> <li>Able to meet physical demands by lifting more than 25 lbs, working from heights, bend, squats, and performing outdoor tasks in all weather conditions</li> <li>Experience with forklifts, skid steers, or similar equipment is a plus</li> <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li> <li>Ability to pass background, drug, and alcohol screening</li> <li>Exposure to job site conditions: petro-chemical refineries, mills, mines, construction sites, industrial/power plants, wastewater treatment plants, etc.</li> <li>Exposure to all outdoor weather conditions</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About Allied Technical Services</strong></h3> <p>Allied Technical Services is a family‑owned company specializing in industrial and municipal pumping equipment, including installation, maintenance, and emergency response.
