About the role
The Finance Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the finance department.This role assists in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable tasks, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
· Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial data.
· Updating daily transaction records.
· Managing accounts receivable and payable.
· Keeping records of invoices, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements.
· Preparing income statements, balance sheets.
· Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
· Preparing financial reports, including projected returns on investment and growth rates.
· Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
· Monitor cash flow, invoice payments and related due dates and issue reports for management’s review.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
· A minimum of 2 years experience as a financial administrator, or similar.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to details.
· Excellent English/Arabic language (written and communication).
· Great collaboration and communication skills.
