About the role

Salary R15,000 + Medical Aid Allowance, and 10 days paid leave.

Role Overview

This role supports UK brokers and lenders from our Port Elizabeth office, managing applications from start to mortgage offer with precision and speed. This role demands strong administrative skills, compliance awareness, and effective communication in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee mortgage applications from submission to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Verify cases against UK regulatory requirements and lender criteria.

  • Maintain organized case files, tracking progress and updating stakeholders.

  • Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and clients to resolve queries and move cases forward.

  • Work within strict timelines to ensure a smooth progression of mortgage offers.

  1. Strong administrative experience, ideally within financial services or mortgage processing.

  2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.

  4. Familiarity with UK mortgage processes and compliance standards is advantageous.
