About the role
<p>We are looking for an experienced and skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, revenue trends, and operational costs.</li>
<li>Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.</li>
<li>Identify potential areas for cost savings and revenue improvement.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other departments to gather data and provide recommendations.</li>
<li>Create clear presentations and reports for management.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar position.</li>
<li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet.</li>
<li>Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to process large amounts of data into easily understandable information.</li>
<li>Experience working in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) environment is a plus.</li>
<li>Prior experience working at an enabler company, such as a logistics company, e-commerce platform provider, or similar, is preferred.</li>
<li>Possess good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.</li>
