Senior Finance Analyst M/F/D

What You'll Be Doing:

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A, ideally with exposure to business partnering or commercial finance 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure data, build financial models, and derive clear insights 
• Good understanding of financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis) and key business drivers 
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain financial topics to non-finance audiences 
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment 
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
• Advanced Excel skills and affinity to financial systems and data/BI tools  
• Fluent English and German language skills

What You'll Bring:

• Build and maintain sophisticated, driver‑based financial models from first principles to support forecasting, investment evaluation and strategic planning.
• Develop predictive forecasts leveraging advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools to improve the accuracy of revenue, cost and cash‑flow outlooks.
• Integrate historical data, operational KPIs and external variables into models, clearly articulating assumptions and sensitivities.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, compelling insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
