Your primary functions will be to process accounts payable, ensuring timely vendor and team member disbursements, and to serve as the backup Payroll Specialist, supporting all aspects of payroll processing and compliance. Additionally, you will assist with financial reporting and other finance-related tasks to support the team's goals and objectives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Accounts Payable Responsibilities:</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide excellent service to team members and internal stakeholders.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Receive, process, and respond to inquiries related to invoices and payment requests from domestic and international vendors.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Review invoices for accurate coding, completeness, and proper authorization; research and resolve discrepancies and issues.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Process payments, including checks and electronic fund transfers.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Properly set up and maintain vendor records within the Accounts Payable system.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure compliance with document retention and other organization-wide policies.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the corporate credit card program by coding expense reports, ensuring policy compliance, assisting cardholders with documentation, and performing ongoing account maintenance.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Payroll Responsibilities:</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare bi-weekly payroll, including system workflow management, administration of time and attendance entries, and compilation and verification of payroll adjustments.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare regular monthly payroll journal entries, bank account entries, and adjust journal entries as needed.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure proper taxation of employer-paid benefits, as well as compliance with state withholding, unemployment, and disability insurance.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Review vendor-prepared quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with accurate and timely W2 and year-end payroll reporting.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Respond to Team Member and HR payroll-related questions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Reporting and Accounting Responsibilities:</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the Vice President of Finance in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leaders.&nbsp;</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the month-end and year-end accounting cycle as needed.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in maintaining an understanding of internal accounting operations and systems to support Team Leaders in identifying and resolving budget variances.</span><br><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with various accounting and finance functions as needed.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or 4 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">3+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, payroll, office administration, or related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Experience with Concur or other expense reporting platforms.</span></li> <li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Experience with enterprise-level finance and/or payroll systems.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;
