This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Material Planning, and Logistics, supporting the company during a critical production ramp and product launch phase. You will work closely with cross functional partners to help build scalable financial processes, improve data visibility, and automate manual workflows.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is an ideal role for someone who loves working with data, enjoys turning messy inputs into clean, repeatable processes, and is excited about improving how a factory runs through better financial insights.</span></p> <h3><strong><strong>What You'll Do</strong>:</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Production Finance Reporting and Analytics</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support financial reporting and analysis for Manufacturing, Quality, Material Planning, and Logistics functions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in building and maintaining production focused financial models, including:</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Labor cost tracking, direct and indirect.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Various other non-comp cost tracking.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Inventory movements and material consumption.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Freight and logistics cost analytics.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop standardized tracking tools and templates to improve monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help document and improve reporting processes related to:</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Actuals versus forecast and budget.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Headcount and labor efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Capital expenditures and other manufacturing related expenses.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Accounting to help identify potential issues in data flow, accruals, and cost classification impacting cost of goods sold.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Process Improvement and Automation</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify manual, spreadsheet heavy workflows and help design more scalable, automated solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Improve data integrity and repeatability by standardizing inputs across systems such as NetSuite, Google Sheets, and NSAW (NetSuite Analytics Warehouse) dashboards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with building and maintaining automation friendly trackers using formulas, structured logic, and clear documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the creation of dashboards and key performance indicators to enable faster, more informed decision making for production leaders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Document end to end processes and create clear, user friendly guides for repeatable workflows.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Systems and Tools Enablement</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the Production Finance team in using and improving financial systems and planning tools such as NetSuite, planning models, and reporting tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help organize process documentation, data definitions, and shared folder structures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with data reconciliation between operational data and financial reporting outputs.</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong><strong>What You'll Bring</strong>:</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field; an MBA or other related Masters Program (currently pursuing or completed) is highly preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work authorized in the United States OR ability to obtain J-1/F-1 visa.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong interest in manufacturing, operations, and data driven problem solving.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable working with data utilizing Google Sheets or Excel, with curiosity to learn more advanced techniques.
