The role will provide exposure to financial reporting, taxation, regulatory compliance, audits, and business finance functions within a fast-paced financial services environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing strong technical and analytical capabilities in corporate finance and compliance.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>1- Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li> <li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities</li> <li>Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with ledger reconciliations</li> <li>Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for internal review</li> </ul> <p><strong>2- Taxation &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax computations</li> <li>Support compliance under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations</li> <li>Coordinate with external consultants on tax filings and regulatory requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>3- Audit Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits</li> <li>Prepare schedules, documentation, and working papers required by auditors</li> <li>Help track and resolve audit observations and queries</li> </ul> <p><strong>4- Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support preparation of budgets and forecasts</li> <li>Assist in variance analysis and cost tracking</li> <li>Help prepare management reports and financial insights</li> </ul> <p><strong>5- Stakeholder Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with internal teams including HR, operations, and legal for finance-related matters</li> <li>Coordinate with banks, auditors, and consultants for documentation and compliance requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS)</li> <li>Practical knowledge of Indian taxation, including Income Tax, TDS, and GST</li> <li>Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations and international taxation</li> <li>Prior exposure to audits, compliance, and financial reporting in a growing organization</li> <li>Familiarity with FEMA compliance and foreign remittances</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization</li> <li>Collaborative work environment and learning opportunities</li> <li>Competitive compensation aligned with experience</li> <li>Catered breakfast and lunch</li> </ul>
