<p><strong>About the role :</strong></p>
<p>As a<strong> Finance Business Partner</strong>, you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agency’s financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyse client and project profitability, monitoring margins and identifying risks and opportunities</li>
<li>Support revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals</li>
<li>Lead revenue and margin forecasting, as well as variance analysis</li>
<li>Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes</li>
<li>Partner with Client Services and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making</li>
<li>Provide financial guidance on pricing, contracts, and project structures</li>
<li>Support month-end close, reporting, and ensure data accuracy</li>
<li>Coordinate with Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting topics (AP, AR, etc.)</li>
<li>Develop and improve financial reports, dashboards, and tracking tools</li>
<li>Support financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & experience :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4–6 years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A, or controlling)</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working with data and financial modelling</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience in project-based environments is a plus</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
