This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, client operations, and cross-functional collaboration — and who knows how to keep high-impact processes running smoothly while delivering a strong customer experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will manage complex customer accounts, process nuanced sales contracts, customize invoicing based on customer needs, and serve as a key point of contact for escalations.
