Finance Controller

<p><strong>KLARSTEIN has been designing, producing, and selling products in the areas of kitchen appliances, garden &amp; living, sports and consumer electronics since 2005 and is now one of Europe’s largest digital companies including around 500 employees around the globe.</strong> </p> <p>*from 2500 €/month gross depends on experience&nbsp;</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h2><span data-contrast="none">What you will do:&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></h2> <ul> <li>Drive&nbsp;<strong>Group Controlling </strong>across European entities and sales channels (own webshops &amp; marketplaces)</li> <li>Coordinate the monthly&nbsp;<strong>controlling closing </strong>and deliver management reporting in&nbsp;<strong>Lucanet</strong>&nbsp;(consolidation is managed by a separate team)</li> <li>Own data quality and reconciliations across&nbsp;<strong>SAP ↔ Lucanet </strong>(incl. local systems where relevant)</li> <li>Lead&nbsp;<strong>budget &amp; rolling forecast </strong>cycles, incl. scenario planning and management presentations</li> <li>Deliver&nbsp;<strong>profitability and driver-based analyses </strong>(price/mix, performance marketing, COGS, logistics, marketplace fees, returns, FX) by country/channel</li> <li>Own&nbsp;<strong>inventory controlling</strong>: inventory valuation, and inventory health (turnover/DOH, aging, slow movers/obsolescence)</li> <li>Act as a finance business partner for key stakeholders (Online Sales, Marketing, Operations) and identify optimization opportunities</li> <li>Contribute to team coordination and mentoring within a 4-person controlling setup</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h2><span data-contrast="none">What we are looking for:&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></h2> <ul> <li>Degree in accounting, finance, or related fields</li> <li>4+ years in&nbsp;<strong>Controlling/FP&amp;A</strong>&nbsp;(group/regional experience is a plus)</li> <li>Strong skills in&nbsp;budgeting, forecasting, reporting&nbsp;and performance storytelling</li> <li><strong>ACCA</strong>, <strong>CFA</strong> or <strong>Big4</strong> experience is an advantage</li> <li>Experience with&nbsp;<strong>Lucanet</strong> and/or <strong>SAP&nbsp;</strong>(or similar tools); <strong>PowerBI</strong>, advanced&nbsp;<strong>Excel</strong></li> <li>Solid understanding of&nbsp;e-commerce drivers&nbsp;and&nbsp;inventory/working capital&nbsp;topics</li> <li>Business partnering mindset, structured approach, strong communication</li> <li>Fluent&nbsp;<strong>English</strong>&nbsp;(<strong>German</strong> is a plus)</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h2>What we offer:&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li>Teambuildings – Meet your colleagues in informal setting like Family day and let yourself loose during our Christmas and Summer parties.
