Junior Finance Executive

<h4><strong>About the Role:</strong></h4> <p>We are looking for a smart, diligent, and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a graduate with a foundational understanding of accounting principles who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic financial services environment.</p> <p>The candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting functions, support internal controls, and work on core operational tasks related to accounts payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and compliance support.</p> <h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Accounts Payable:</strong><strong><br></strong></li> <ul> <li>Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.</li> <li>Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.</li> <li>Maintain vendor ledgers and resolve discrepancies.<br><br></li> </ul> <li><strong>Accounts Receivable:</strong><strong><br></strong></li> <ul> <li>Track customer receivables and ensure timely collections.</li> <li>Prepare and send client invoices and statements.</li> <li>Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain records.<br><br></li> </ul> <li><strong>Banking &amp; Reconciliation:</strong><strong><br></strong></li> <ul> <li>Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.</li> <li>Monitor bank transactions and flag anomalies, if any.</li> <li>Maintain petty cash records and staff reimbursement logs.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Bookkeeping &amp; Data Entry:</strong><strong><br></strong></li> <ul> <li>Enter transactions into Tally or ERP system with accuracy.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining general ledgers and account schedules.</li> <li>Organize financial documentation and ensure proper filing.</li> </ul> </ul> <h4><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.</li> <li>2 - 4 years of work experience in finance/accounting roles.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Tally ERP or other accounting software preferred.</li> <li>Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice processing.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formatting, etc.).</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Eagerness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment.<br><br></li> </ul> <h4><strong>What We Offer:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Exposure to finance operations in a high-paced capital markets setup.</li> <li>Hands-on learning with experienced finance professionals.</li> <li>Opportunity to grow into mid-level roles based on performance.</li> <li>Collaborative work environment with a focus on mentorship and development.</li> </ul>
