JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of GENM Group quarterly reporting pack for quarterly announcement
• Assist in GENM Group consolidation for quarterly reporting, year end audit and annual report purposes
• Preparation of GENM Group quarterly performance presentation to management
• Compilation of financial statistics from various finance team for presentation to management on quarterly basis
• Preparation of subsidiaries statutory financial statements, which includes of preparation of quarterly Standard Accounting Forms (“SAF”), analysis of Profit or Loss, yearly tax return for submission to IRB, estimation of tax payable and etc
• Review monthly journal posting and quarterly reporting schedules prepared by junior finance executive
• Provide guidance to junior finance executive
• To administer, coordinate and liaise with various parties concerned for necessary actions with regards to the various reporting needs of the Group
• Any other ad-hoc assignments related to financial reporting

 JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
• Finalist/Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA, CPA, ICAA).
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience. Auditing experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Meticulous and highly organized.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. 
• Experience in group consolidation will be an advantage.
• Computer literate.
