Finance Manager

The role involves managing month-end closing, audits, taxation, and comprehensive accounting operations while ensuring accurate reporting and timely compliance. If you excel in a dynamic environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of financial integrity, we’d love to connect.</strong></h2> <h2><strong>What You'll Do&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Driving &amp; managing month close process along with PL review as per defined timelines&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Balance sheet analysis Quarter on quarter along with rationale/ justification for drop / incr in cost.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Driving the audit for legal entity and ensuring the closure before the timelines set by the management.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Driving Tax audit , Transfer Pricing audit and COI filing with the due date&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Processing payments of invoices accurately &amp; within the time periods</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Debtors: Timely follow up of collection with the client and ensuring that payments are collection within the credit period.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Taxation : Applying correct TDS rates based on the nature of services rendered by the vendor</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">GST : Taking GST input credit as per ITC rule and GST Reconciliation</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Handling income tax assessment and providing schedules to the consultant.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Provision &amp; Unbilled tracking and timely release</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborating with the teams to work on various accounting projects.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Submission of various report for management (Sales &amp; Cost reporting Account payable , Account receivable, Accrual ageing etc)</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Performing vendor and customer reconciliations of accounts</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Supporting the HOD &amp; senior accountant for any adhoc assignment</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">8+ years of experience in Month close, Accounts Finalization, Audit, AP, AR&nbsp;GL review etc</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Taxation knowledge (GST &amp; TDS) must</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Semi-qualified CA/ MBA</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Familiar with Excel formula and other pivot table anyalsis&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Exposure to Netsuite&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why You'll Love It</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Creative office at Mumbai</li> <li>Performance Review (2 times per year)</li> <li>Annual Paid Leave</li> <li>Health Insurance</li> </ul>
