Senior Finance Manager

This position is part of the Group Finance team and reports to senior members of Finance team. It supports financial reporting and analysis activities, and acts as a business partner to Global business units, driving performance monitoring and supporting strategic decision‑making.

 

Your role

• Support the development and evaluation of financial models, business cases, and other analyses for operational, investment decisions and funding approvals.
• Manage month-end closing, internal recharging, and full set of financial books, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, and collaborate with business units to drive different initiatives and achieve targets.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, including but not limited to financial due diligence, evaluation of new business opportunities and other special analyses.
• Provide professional support and advice on accounting treatment, financial impacts of new business proposals, contract review, investment appraisals and other governance matters.

 

To succeed in this role

• Degree holder and qualified accountant with an internationally recognised professional accounting body.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; experience in Big‑4, MNC or large corporate environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and “can‑do” attitude, with proven ability to oversee financial control and analysis activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented; able to meet tight timelines in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A strong team player who collaborates with colleagues across overseas offices and is flexible to travel as required.
