Our commitment to helping anybody and everybody committed to realizing their own potential to grow.</p></div><p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>Nutrafol is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Manager who will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic and financial decision making across Nutrafol's Amazon channel. As a key member of the finance team, you will enhance Nutrafol’s operating model, analyze channel performance, and provide ongoing guidance to the Nutrafol executive team.</p> <p>You must be a highly driven and focused individual that can work well with the Finance and cross-functional partners at all levels. You will be expected to problem solve, drive process improvements, and exercise sound business judgment. If you're interested in joining a business that is at a high growth stage and continuously making an impact in the industry, this could be an exciting opportunity!</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the team in the month-end close process for Amazon channel expenses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting revenue.</li> <li>Oversee the reconciliation of accrual and prepaid expense accounts, ensuring accurate recording and amortization of prepaid items.</li> <li>Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models: adapting and making improvements according to changing business needs, as well as providing insights informed by them.</li> <li>Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes.</li> <li>Provide monthly financial variance analysis and run budget/operational review meetings with department heads.</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance using analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling and analysis based on multiple data sources.</li> <li>Work closely with department leads to provide analytical support, assist with optimizing resource allocation, and proactively identify operational improvements.</li> <li>Use Tableau and Quickbooks/MS Dynamics to mine and analyze data in order to provide the leadership team with learnings and recommendations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of finance experience preferably within an analytical role that involves budgeting and planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (for example: corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, private equity)</li> <li>2+ years experience supporting a high growth Amazon channel within an eCommerce or CPG business is preferred</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Experienced with Tableau (or other analytics platforms such as Looker, Mode, etc.), and Salesforce</li> <li>Advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to manipulate, digest, and summarize large amounts of data&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven ability to identify and drive process and system improvements&nbsp;</li> <li>Passionate about accounting operations and willing to roll up your sleeves&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial information to various audiences</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines, and be unafraid to ask questions&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><em>If this role excites you, but you don't check every box, we still want to hear from you and encourage you to apply.
