As Senior Finance Manager, you will be at the center of the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes - ensuring we have clear visibility into the business and the insights needed to move quickly and effectively This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about building a modern, AI-enabled FP&A function that scales with the business. What You’ll Do <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own core FP&A processes, including monthly close support, forecasting cycles, and annual planning—ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and actionable</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive company-wide financial planning, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities and forecasts are grounded in key business drivers</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Enhance and scale the operating model, linking core drivers (e.g., user activity, engagement, revenue, and profitability metrics) to financial outcomes</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deliver executive and Board-level reporting, clearly articulating business performance, key trends, risks, and opportunities</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform deep financial and KPI analysis, identifying underlying drivers of performance and actionable insights to improve outcomes</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Improve forecasting accuracy and visibility, incorporating real-time trends, scenario planning, and risk/opportunity frameworks</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) and automation to:</li> <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Streamline reporting and forecasting workflows</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Automate data aggregation, variance analysis, and narrative generation</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Scale FP&A processes efficiently without adding complexity or headcount</li> </ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build scalable FP&A infrastructure, improving data integrity, systems, and alignment across Finance, Accounting, and Analytics</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a strategic business partner to functional leaders, helping translate financial insights into better, faster decisions</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">8–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, ideally in a high-growth, consumer or marketplace environment</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to build, improve, and scale FP&A processes and systems</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) and automation to enhance efficiency, insight generation, and scalability</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level—comfortable diving deep into details while maintaining a big-picture perspective</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong cross-functional partnership skills with a track record of influencing decision-making</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating complex financial data into clear insights for executive stakeholders</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
