<p>Role: Finance Manager, EV Retail<br>Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Onsite)<br>Employment Type: Full-Time<br>Salary: $110,000–200,000 OTE (base + commission)</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Present finance, warranty, and protection products both remotely (phone/video) and in-person</li>
<li>Run virtual and on-site F&I consultations with customers nationwide</li>
<li>Structure and close financing deals through digital and in-store workflows</li>
<li>Leverage a broad lender network to secure competitive approvals while managing lender relationships and end-to-end funding</li>
<li>Deliver a high-trust, consultative buying experience — <em>never high pressure</em></li>
<li>Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state regulations</li>
<li>Prepare, review, and finalize all digital and physical finance documents</li>
<li>Educate customers on EV incentives and ownership economics</li>
<li>Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Title teams to ensure smooth handoffs</li>
<li>Maintain strong CSI and NPS scores</li>
<li>Track penetration rates, gross profit, and close ratios across remote and in-store deals</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Fit</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3–7+ years of automotive F&I experience</li>
<li>Proven success closing deals both remotely and in a showroom environment</li>
<li>Strong backend product performance history</li>
<li>Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach, emphasizing transparency and sustainable customer outcomes</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong compliance discipline</li>
<li>Comfortable in high-volume, fast-moving environments</li>
<li>Passion for EVs and digital retail</li>
<li>Thrives in a team-player environment where success is measured by how we win together, not just individual results</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with DMS platforms (Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, etc.)</li>
<li>RouteOne, CUDL, lender portals</li>
<li>Digital contracting & e-signature platforms</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of DMV, titling, and compliance workflows</li>
<li>Comfortable using CRM tools</li>
</ul>
