Finance Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Operations Management

• Oversee accounts payable, disbursements, reimbursements, and expense management. 
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented. 
• Monitor cash flow and maintain sufficient funding for operational requirements. 
• Review and endorse for final approval of payment schedules and financial transactions. 

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management. 
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial trends. 
• Support business planning and financial forecasting activities whenever applicable. 

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government requirements. 
• Oversee tax filings, remittances, and statutory reporting. 
• Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and regulatory agencies. 
• Keep management informed of changes in financial and tax regulations. 
• Internal Controls & Process Improvement
• Establish and maintain financial controls and policies. 
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures. 
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
• Safeguard company assets and financial records. 

Treasury & Cash Management

• Monitor company cash position and working capital. 
• Manage banking relationships and financial transactions. 
• Oversee cash advances, reimbursements, and liquidation processes. 

Team Leadership

• Coach, supervise, and develop finance personnel. 
• Assign, monitor, and review work outputs of the finance team. 
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. 
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement within the department. 

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Finance supervisor
• Proven experience in AP/AR
• With vendor accreditation process and bookkeeping experience
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
