supervision</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and documented close procedures</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Support and review monthly payroll accounting and related reconciliations</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Coach, review, and support junior team members, acting as a quality gate and escalation point where needed</span></li> </ul> <p></p> <h4>What you need to succeed</h4> <p></p> <ul> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">7+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting or record</span><span lang="EN-GB">‑</span><span lang="EN-GB">to</span><span lang="EN-GB">‑</span><span lang="EN-GB">report</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and double</span><span lang="EN-GB">‑</span><span lang="EN-GB">entry bookkeeping</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Proven experience working independently up to trial balance level, including review responsibilities</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Hands</span><span lang="EN-GB">‑</span><span lang="EN-GB">on experience with month</span><span lang="EN-GB">‑</span><span lang="EN-GB">end close in a multi</span><span lang="EN-GB">‑</span><span lang="EN-GB">entity or complex environment</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Experience with Exact (or similar ERP systems) is a plus</span></li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span lang="EN-GB">Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, or
