• Finance System (e.g. SUN, NAV, SAP, ORACLE, SAGE)

• Ability to manage large datasets 
• Ability to problem solve 
• Ability to interrogate data (ask the right questions) 
• Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting MAPP policies and procedures, RICS and ISO standards and any statutory timelines and escalation  requirements

Experience and Salary

• Financial Accounts (P&L, Cash, Balance Sheet) 
• Management Accounts 
• Commercial Thinking 
• Service Charge finance (awareness - this is a “nice to have”) 
• Manipulating large datasets 

• A level or equivalent in Mathematics 
• Degree in a numerate (or comparable) discipline  
• (requiring maths, logic, finance, analysis) 
• Qualified/Finalist or Part Qualified/Studying a Professional Finance Qualification  
• (e.g. CIMA or ACCA)
