Senior Financial Accountant — Global Scope, Real Impact

This isn't a role where you close the books and clock off. You'll sit at the centre of a fast-growing international brand's finance function — touching accounting and tax across multiple countries, shaping how the numbers are reported, and quietly making everything run sharper than you found it.

Where you'll make your mark

Working closely with the Finance Controller and Finance Manager, you'll own a meaningful slice of global statutory and tax compliance. You'll prepare accurate statutory reporting and group consolidations across international entities, keep the records clean against group policy and accounting standards, and turn month-end into management reporting that people actually read and trust.

You'll be the person who reconciles the tricky stuff (Blackline, sub-ledgers to GL, balance sheets — all on time), supports global audits and works with audit partners to sharpen the process, and stays ahead of accounting standard changes so the business is never caught off guard.

On the tax side, you'll keep the global engine compliant — Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, BAS, GST, PST, WHT, FBT and more — running the monthly, quarterly and yearly routines, supporting provisions and payments, and tightening documentation as you go.

A big part of this role is making finance better. You'll drive automation and process improvement, mentor team members, and get hands-on with the genuinely interesting projects — new market expansion (corporate registration, system setup, outsourcing), new accounting system implementations, payroll and incentive analysis, and emerging work like sustainability reporting. You'll thrive here if you have

• CA/CPA with 5+ years post-qualification in accounting or audit, within a multinational or a large firm

• A strong grip on International Accounting Standards, consolidations, foreign currency, and cross-border transactions

• Solid global tax compliance experience, with exposure to transfer pricing and international tax

• Hands-on technical strength across best-practice accounting, systems, and governance

• Large ERP experience (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel

• A genuine eye for internal controls and continuous improvement
