Now, we’re looking for passionate, experienced Financial Advisors to join our team!</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Create and deliver comprehensive financial plans to clients.</li> <li>Support clients who want ongoing financial planning services.</li> <li>Provide hourly advice as clients need help making informed decisions on a limited scope basis.</li> <li>Teach and empower clients to understand their finances by breaking down complex concepts into easy-to-follow strategies.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>CFP® or CFA® certification required.</li> <li>EA® a plus.</li> <li>Background in fee-only financial planning and investment advice.</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience as a financial advisor owning client relationships.</li> <li>Strong knowledge in portfolio management, Roth conversions, Medicare, and retirement income and withdrawal strategies.</li> <li>A passion for helping clients understand and manage their money.</li> <li>Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <div> <h2>Salary</h2> <p>$28/hr for training, meetings, or pre-approved ad hoc tasks<br>$800 per delivered plan<br>$200 per hour for ad hoc additional advice appointments</p> </div> <p>We want to be as inclusive as possible in our hiring process.
