You are comfortable working with financial and operational data, building clear reporting, and translating results into actionable insights for business partners. It’s a strong fit for someone who wants to deepen their finance ownership and move beyond reporting into more proactive business support.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;"><strong>What you'll do and how you'll have an impact</strong></span></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Own key components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and close-related analysis.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Own recurring management reporting and dashboards across revenue, headcount, and operating expenses, and surface key business trends, risks, and opportunities.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Drive revenue planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for an assigned segment of the business, proactively identifying performance drivers and emerging risks/opportunities.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders to develop forecasts, challenge assumptions, and improve financial visibility.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Improve reporting frameworks, planning tools, and finance processes to increase scalability, accuracy, and decision usefulness.</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;"><strong>What we're looking for</strong></span></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">2–4 years of experience in FP&amp;A, strategic finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including the ability to build and maintain forecasting and reporting models.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Ability to synthesize financial and operational data into clear reporting and actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting in a business environment.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Attention to detail in handling financial data, because inaccuracies in reporting directly affect the business decisions this role supports.</span></li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;">Clear written and verbal communication skills, because you will regularly translate financial findings into plain language for cross-functional partners.</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #1a1a1a;"><br>At AppDirect, we believe that innovation thrives in an environment that houses diversity of excellence, experience and thought.
