Working closely with both finance and operational stakeholders, you will contribute to ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance across financial processes.</p> <p>This position is designed as a development role, offering clear progression towards Senior Finance Business Partner responsibilities.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support financial reviews of projects, including budget tracking, revenue, and profitability</li> <li>Monitor revenue performance and support billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness</li> <li>Assist with revenue forecasting and reconciliations</li> <li>Contribute to monthly closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting</li> <li>Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and trackers</li> <li>Analyse variances and investigate discrepancies</li> <li>Collaborate closely with operational teams to support financial processes and resolve queries</li> <li>Coordinate with Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting and finance-related matters</li> <li>Support financial workflows, controls, and compliance processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field</li> <li>2+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Strong Excel skills and analytical capability</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong organisational skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-teams="true"><em>Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
