<p><span data-contrast="auto">Roku is looking for an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A - Corporate Finance, this role will play a critical part in providing senior management with an assessment of historical and forward-looking financial performance, including analysis of business trends, risks and opportunities, and communication of business insights. You will also play a key role in the earnings process, providing support to the CFO, VP of Investor Relations, and the Finance leadership team.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Critical to success is the ability to deliver with 100% accuracy under compressed timelines, balance competing priorities across earnings cycles and close periods, and proactively identify improvements that make financial reporting better, faster, and easier. The ideal candidate brings investment banking rigor, a builder's mentality, and the intellectual curiosity to grow with the role. This is a hybrid role with the requirement of 4 days a week in the office.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support Earnings and Investor Relations work streams and other Corporate FP&A recurring processes (e.g., Board of Directors meetings, Audit Committee deliverables)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis for senior management, the Board of Directors, and the investment community</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop executive-level dashboards that provide leadership with digestible and actionable insights on key operational and financial metrics</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide analytical support and monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of changes; conduct deep dives when observing abnormal trends</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support long-range financial modeling and strategic analysis deliverables that inform executive decision-making</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">2+ years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket or elite boutique — must be modeling-seat experience (DCFs, LBOs, or merger models built from scratch)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">3+ years of total professional experience, including 2+ years of investment banking</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Advanced Excel proficiency — dynamic arrays, complex INDEX/MATCH architectures, scenario toggles, audit-ready model builds. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Business acumen: understands how revenue assumptions cascade into margin, operating leverage, and valuation</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Comfort with DCF, comparable company analysis, and sensitivity/scenario modeling</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
