This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.</p></div><p><strong>Your Impact :</strong><br>As a Senior Finance Analyst in the Cluster Commercial Finance team, you are the finance lead for one of our major EMEA markets - supporting Key Account Managers and partnering closely with the Cluster Sales Lead. You will challenge assumptions, guide investment decisions, and play a critical role in shaping customer strategy, pricing, and commercial execution. This role will support German and Polish markets, but could evolve to cover other EMEA markets.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a visible and hands-on role where your ability to translate financial data into insight and action will be key to success.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do :</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Market &amp; Account Finance Ownership</strong><br>- Own the P&amp;L for your assigned market, including revenue, variable margin, and trade investment.<br>- Track and analyse performance at the customer and brand level, providing actionable insight to Key Account Managers.<br>- Partner with Sales on pricing changes, promotions, and margin improvement initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Planning &amp; Forecasting</strong><br>- Lead monthly forecasting and budgeting cycles for your market.<br>- Deliver weekly trackers and support market performance reviews.<br>- Ensure investment and allowance tracking is accurate and aligned with forecast assumptions.</li> <li><strong>Business Partnership &amp; Influence</strong><br>- Act as co-pilot to the Key Account Managers - supporting risk and opportunity analysis, and helping prioritise commercial actions.<br>- Provide financial input into Joint Business Plans and customer negotiations.<br>- Prepare and present financials at internal and cross-functional meetings.</li> <li><strong>Reporting &amp; Analysis</strong><br>- Build models, reports, and presentations that inform decisions and improve transparency.<br>- Support commercial teams with margin walkthroughs, pricing scenarios, and account diagnostics.<br>- Contribute to improving systems, reporting tools, and forecasting models.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring :</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5+ years in commercial finance, ideally within CPG, retail, or a fast-paced consumer business.</li> <li>Experience owning a market or account P&amp;L.</li> <li>Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities; SAP or Power BI a plus.</li> <li>Strong business acumen and communication skills—you know how to influence non-finance partners.</li> <li>A desire to grow into a Finance Manager role in the next few years.</li> <li>Commercial curiosity, a bias for action, and a mindset for continuous improvement.</li> <li>German language skills preferred, given the primary market focus.</li> </ul> <p>This is a career-building role with real ownership, visibility, and commercial exposure. You’ll sit at the centre of one of our most critical partnerships - between Finance and Sales - and be given the space to grow, challenge, and deliver.</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is €62,000 to €93,000.
