Pizza Hut, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., was founded in 1958 in Wichita, Kansas, and is a global leader in the pizza category with nearly 20,000 restaurants across more than 110 markets and territories. Known for innovations like Original® Pan and Original® Stuffed Crust pizzas, the brand has a strong legacy of firsts, including the world’s first online food order in 1994. Today, Pizza Hut continues to lead in the digital and technology space, with over half of its transactions coming from digital orders. It also focuses on positive impact through its commitments to More Equity, Less Carbon, and Better Packaging. This position is responsible for supporting the business on decision-making across different initiatives, takes charge of monthly and weekly reporting and support managing and forecasting collections.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnering and Analysis (50%)
•Build simple business cases for campaigns and innovation, forecasting sales, transactions, Food costs and F&P.
•Support go/no-go decisions through basic forecasting and scenario analysis.
•Validate assumptions with Finance and Supply Chain where needed
•Analyze campaign and innovation performance vs. plan.
•Assess incrementality, product mix changes, and overall sales impact.
•Summarize learnings and recommendations for future planning.
•Support regular financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
•Track and compare performance across co-op markets.
•Identify what worked well, what didn’t, and key risks or opportunities.
•Support ongoing optimization with timely insights.
•Maintain weekly and monthly reports on sales and transactions, including menu-level performance.
•Develop and maintain consolidated dashboards and scorecards for consistent tracking across markets.
•Include brand health indicators (e.g. YouGov data) where relevant.
Reporting (30%)
•Partnering with control team on reviewing results and making sure to report with accuracy and timeliness.
•Analysis of period financial performance for the region and their impact on GFM overall performance.
•Support in forecasting sales and PL
Collections (10%)
•Support monitoring, compliance, and collection with all payment obligations required under the Pizza Hut Franchise Agreement (includes royalty, advertising, rent & other miscellaneous payments).
•Help drive the forecasting and management of bad debt.
Ad-hoc Requests (10%)
•Support Pizza Hut Finance Team as needed on ad-hoc projects and various strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education/Certifications – bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting or related field required
- Years of Experience – Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate office environment
