Financial Analyst (Relocation / Dubai)

<p><strong>Overview:</strong><strong><br></strong>As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting the company’s financial data to support management in budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation. You will play a key role in providing strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and enhance overall business efficiency.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collect and analyze financial data regularly, perform financial statement analysis, and prepare detailed reports identifying potential financial risks and improvement opportunities.<br><br></li> <li>Assist in developing the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts, track performance against budget, and provide variance analysis and recommendations.<br><br></li> <li>Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and assess profitability across projects and business units.<br><br></li> <li>Develop and monitor key financial indicators such as gross margin, net profit margin, and return on capital, providing periodic performance reports to management.<br><br></li> <li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making with relevant insights.<br><br></li> <li>Evaluate and identify financial risks, assisting in the development of financial risk management and control measures to ensure compliance and sustainability.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum <strong>3 years of experience</strong> in financial analysis or related roles.<br><br></li> <li>Strong background in <strong>finance, accounting, or financial management</strong>; <strong>Bachelor’s degree or above</strong> in a related field preferred.<br><br></li> <li>Proficient in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>, with hands-on experience using <strong>financial analysis tools and accounting software</strong>.<br><br></li> <li>Possession of professional certifications such as <strong>ACCA</strong>, <strong>CFA</strong>, or equivalent is an advantage.</li> </ul>
