You’ll help clients plan, allocate, and execute resources efficiently—ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and compliance with federal regulations. Your work will often support senior leaders in making data-driven financial decisions within a secure, classified environment.</p> <p>Most roles are&nbsp;<strong>on-site</strong> in <strong>Northern Virginia and the Washington, D.C. metro area</strong> and require work in secure government facilities. <strong>Remote or hybrid options are generally not available</strong> due to mission and access requirements.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Key Responsibilities May Include but are not limited to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supporting the <strong>PPBE process</strong> by developing and analyzing program budgets, monitoring execution, and preparing documentation for programming and budgeting cycles.</li> <li>Tracking and reporting financial performance across multiple funding sources (RDT&amp;E, O&amp;M, procurement, etc.).</li> <li>Conducting cost analysis, trend forecasting, and resource planning to support long-range program objectives.</li> <li>Preparing budget justifications, exhibits, and briefing materials for leadership and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Assisting in audits, financial reviews, and compliance reporting.</li> <li>Advising program managers and government decision-makers on funding strategies and financial impacts.</li> <li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including acquisition, logistics, and program offices—to align budgets with technical and operational requirements.</li> <li>Ensuring accurate data entry, reconciliation, and reporting in financial systems such as <strong>DEAMS, GFEBS, Navy ERP, or similar DoD tools</strong>.</li> <li>Other financial or budgetary reporting, guidance or consulting task as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications We Look For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
