Join us and make an impact on the world and your career! We are now looking for a Financial Controller to reinforce our Group Reporting & Controlling team based in Helsinki. We expect you to manage specified versatile financial and controlling assignments and taking part in developing our financial processes. The team consists of four professionals reporting to the Head of Group Reporting & Controlling. This is a full-time position. Addition to full-time role, we also look for a fixed term role to fill during a parental leave, starting 1st of September 2026, until 31st of August, 2027.  What you’ll be doing:  As a Financial Controller you will be working on various tasks within financial reporting and analysis. Your main responsibilities will include:  <ul> <li>Assisting with group financials and audit process </li> <li>Having an active role in the monthly reporting process e.g. in controlling subsidiary reporting </li> <li>Establishing and maintaining cost and expense accrual models </li> <li>Supporting external reporting and internal controlling</li> <li>Working in close relation with the business control team and accounting on different reporting assignments </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="5" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="6" data-aria-level="1">Cooperating in development projects related to financial management, developing systems and processes</li> </ul> What you’ll bring to the table:  <ul> <li class="li1">Relevant studies / Master’s degree (e.g., accounting, finance) </li> <li class="li1">Good communication skills in English </li> <li class="li1">At least 3 years of professional work experience in a comparable role, like controller, bookkeeper, auditor </li> <li class="li1">Good knowledge of different accounting principles, IFRS is considered an advantage </li> <li class="li1">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li> <li class="li1">Independent, proactive, and enthusiastic work-attitude   </li> <li class="li1">Fluency with IT systems: ability to learn new tools and software quickly, experience with AI tools.
