<div class="content-intro"><p>Join the Redwire Space team in developing and fielding end-to-end innovative mission critical space system solutions for next generation space architecture. At Redwire, you will work closely with customers from concept development through mission operations to ensure mission success.</p></div><p>We are seeking a Financial Controller with 2–5 years of relevant experience to strengthen our finance team. This role offers a balanced mix of compliance and operational finance, combining ownership of SOX controls with hands-on involvement in (project) financial management.</p>
<p>You will act as the local SOX expert and SPOC, ensuring a robust internal control environment, while also partnering closely with project managers to manage project financials, ensure data integrity in the ERP system, and drive financial performance.</p>
<p>Join our young and dynamic European Finance team and play a key role in driving Redwire Europe’s evolution into a modern, publicly listed multinational company.</p>
<p>You will report to the Senior Financial Controller.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>SOX Controls Ownership</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all SOX-related matters locally</li>
<li>Own and maintain the internal control framework, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits (walkthroughs, testing, documentation)</li>
<li>Ensure consistent and timely execution of control activities</li>
<li>Identify control gaps and lead remediation actions</li>
<li>Provide guidance and training to business stakeholders on controls and compliance</li>
<li>Act as key liaison with Group Finance (US) and Corporate (US) Internal Audit</li>
</ul>

<li>Business Controlling & Project Support</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Partner with project managers to prepare, monitor, and steer project financials</li>
<li>Own and maintain project setup and master data in the ERP system, ensuring accurate financial project reporting</li>
<li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking at project level</li>
<li>Drive cash planning and cash flow monitoring, improving visibility and predictability</li>
<li>Deliver performance reporting and analysis, translating data into actionable insights</li>
<li>Provide guidance on cost control, margin evolution, and financial risks</li>
<li>Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost allocation in line with US GAAP and Redwire accounting standards</li>
<li>Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and financial transparency across projects</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications & Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li>
<li>2–5 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or a mix of both</li>
<li>Knowledge of and hand-on experience with SOX/internal control frameworks</li>
<li>First experience in Business Controlling (budgeting, forecasting, analysis)</li>
<li>First experience with ERP systems (Redwire uses D365), including data and project structures</li>
<li>Familiarity with BE GAAP and/or US GAAP environments</li>
<li>Experience with reporting and BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric / Power BI)</li>
