Acting as a pivotal business partner, you will guide commercial decisions, enable long-term growth, and ensure compliance—while championing financial rigor, analytics, and process improvements to optimize business performance and value creation across the region.</p> <p data-start="693" data-end="739"><strong data-start="693" data-end="737">Your main responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="742" data-end="819">Leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processes.</li> <li data-start="822" data-end="923">Delivering performance insights across all KPIs (Volume, Net Sales &amp; Operating Profit, Cash &amp; Working Capital).</li> <li data-start="926" data-end="1022">Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to drive profitability and commercial success.</li> <li data-start="1025" data-end="1101">Supporting business cases, pricing strategies, and innovation initiatives.</li> <li data-start="1104" data-end="1193">Preparing management reports, dashboards, and monthly performance packs for leadership.</li> <li data-start="1196" data-end="1278">Driving process improvements, automation, and best-in-class financial reporting.</li> </ul> <p data-start="1280" data-end="1324"><strong data-start="1280" data-end="1322">What you need to succeed in this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1327" data-end="1388">5+ years of FP&amp;A experience, ideally within FMCG companies.</li> <li data-start="1391" data-end="1454">Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.&nbsp;</li> <li data-start="1457" data-end="1505">Strong skills in financial modeling and Excel.</li> <li data-start="1508" data-end="1603">Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.) and knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).</li> <li data-start="1606" data-end="1689">Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.</li> <li data-start="1692" data-end="1778">Experience in financial business partnering, with a track record of driving results.</li> <li data-start="1781" data-end="1854">Strategic mindset and strong communication skills.</li> <li>English proficiency.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">We understand your resume might not be up to date and recommend that you apply with what you have or your LinkedIn Profile.
