About the role
<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Process data and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge</li>
<li>Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes under tight deadlines with quality and excellence.</li>
<li>Will work within parameters and with supervision to ensure quality and performance to set standards.</li>
<li>Build subject-matter expertise towards various workflow and processes of the dataset</li>
<li>Provide data and analysis based on various project owners’ requests.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation: M. Com / PGDM/ MBA (Any stream with Finance / Accountancy as major subject).</li>
<li>Effective communication skill (written & verbal)</li>
<li>Strong computer skills</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail, multi-task and ability to prioritize.</li>
<li>The candidate must have a positive attitude towards work and environment/culture of the team</li>
<li>2-4 years of relevant experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Shift Flexibility:</strong></p>
<p>Must be willing to work night shifts 1-2 days per week based on business requirements.</p>
