We are looking for a motivated Financial Systems Consultant to join our Customer Success team — a role designed to fast-track your development in financial technology, investment operations, and regulatory consulting.
You will work directly with major financial institutions across Europe, gaining hands-on exposure to complex financial environments from day one. Working alongside highly skilled professionals in finance and technology, you will help clients optimize operations, strengthen compliance, and solve real business challenges through sophisticated system solutions.
This is more than a support role — you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients transform complex financial and regulatory requirements into effective, technology-driven solutions.
A strong financial background, analytical thinking, and genuine curiosity to learn are key for success in this position. #LI-Hybrid
💡 Your mission:
• Configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for the RiskValue™, Investment Management & Regulatory suite across key client accounts
• Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into efficient, system-based solutions
• Advise clients on best practices and help them maximize the full value of RiskValue’s advanced capabilities
• Contribute to the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of new product features and system modules
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
🔎 What we’re looking for:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Mathematics/Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience in financial systems, investment management, consulting, or related financial services roles
• Strong understanding of capital market products and financial operations
• Good knowledge of financial and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to analyze complex platforms and translate business or regulatory requirements into functional system solutions
• Strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a high level of ownership
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with SQL and Power BI platforms will be considered a plus
• CFA qualification will be considered a strong plus
• We value curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn just as much as prior experience
