About the role:


We are looking for an experienced Fine Art Logistics Coordinator to join our Galleries team, supporting the Project Leader and wider team with the following:



  • Liaising with Clients, both UK Registrars / Private lenders and International Agents / Museums, to ensure that a project is managed and delivered in time and within budget.
  • Corresponding with all stakeholders in a timely, professional and courteous manner, representing the Company’s high standards
  • Assessing all elements of a projects requirement and to forward plan the relevant tasks, including the deadline/timeframe
  • Maintaining overall responsibility for the Project and ensuring all paperwork is complete
  • Preparation of Estimates, estimate revisions and invoicing.
  • Ensuring Project information is uploaded onto our bespoke database

 

 

Skills & Experience:

 

Essential

  • 1+ years of experience at a similar level within an arts logistics company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excell, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality and integrity

 

Please note that this role is office based and the candidates must live within a comfortable commute of our South London office.
