Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Position Summary:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Support Manufacturing Supervisor:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor production schedules and help adjust assignments as necessary to meet production goals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure production processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and safety standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Quickly address and resolve production-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Team Leadership:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and the needs of the production line.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track and evaluate the performance of individual team members and the overall production line.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Training and Development:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in onboarding and training new employees on manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and company policies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Quality Control:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee the quality of products throughout the production process to ensure they meet company standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify defects.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify inefficiencies in the production process and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Implement approved changes and monitor their effectiveness.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Report any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns immediately and assist in troubleshooting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Promote and enforce adherence to 5S principles, ensuring that these practices become part of the company culture.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Safety and Compliance:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support regular safety inspections and risk assessments.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Administrative Tasks:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: equivalent; an associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.</span></li> <li
