Finnish Player support specialist for gaming department in Sofia Bulgaria

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about gaming and want to provide outstanding support to our Finnish-speaking player community.

As a Player Support Specialist, you will assist players with their inquiries, resolve game-related issues, and contribute to a positive gaming environment. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Finnish-speaking players via email, chat, and social media
• Address and troubleshoot technical issues, gameplay concerns, and account-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support issues in our database
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex player inquiries
• Collect and relay player feedback to the development team for continuous improvement
• Create a welcoming and supportive community for players
• Keep updated on the latest gaming trends and developments associated with our products

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in player support or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is a bonus
