In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Finnish-speaking clients, helping them navigate our food delivery platform and ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your customer service skills will be essential in providing exceptional support in the fast-paced food delivery industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Finnish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with orders, delivery questions, and account management
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve delivery issues
• Educate customers about promotions and updates within the food delivery service
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance our service offerings
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed on food safety, menu items, and service protocols

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the food service or delivery industry
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with food delivery platforms is an advantage
