In this vital role, you will assist our Finnish-speaking clients with their inquiries related to mobile banking, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience using our services.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Finnish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to mobile banking services, app functionality, and account management
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex client issues
• Educate clients on best practices for safe and effective mobile banking
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and improvements

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with mobile banking systems and technologies is a plus
