Responsibilities
- Assist Finnish-speaking customers by responding to inquiries and offering expert guidance on the digital store's products and services.
- Develop a robust understanding of the product offerings to effectively meet customer needs.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on how to effectively navigate and use digital store platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to formulate strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the digital shopping experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Efficiently address customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, particularly within the e-commerce or digital retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on fostering customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
