Key Responsibilities
- Assist Finnish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding entertainment services, including events, activities, and bookings.
- Provide outstanding customer support through various communication channels, effectively addressing questions and concerns.
- Utilize your knowledge of the entertainment sector to offer tailored recommendations based on clients' interests and preferences.
- Manage and process reservations with precision, ensuring all details are communicated clearly to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new entertainment offerings to enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and improve service quality.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support ongoing service improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality sector.
