Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Finnish via phone, email, and chat regarding Fitbit products.
• Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, syncing, and understanding product features.
• Provide clear guidance and advice on Fitbit app use, health tracking, and fitness goals.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and complex problem resolution.
• Stay updated on Fitbit product developments and health tech trends to offer knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
