<p><span data-contrast="auto">Reporting into a Team Leader (each team is circa 5-7) and up to the Director of Professional Services, you will be joining a market leading team of professionals to undertake risk assessments and advise on fire, health and safety matters at a variety of buildings including mid-high rise buildings, to our established portfolio of clients across a variety of segments, including, residential, commercial and retail. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Undertake various fire, health and safety assignments within your competency. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Deliver client reports within the agreed SLA, in accordance with a forensic and pragmatic approach to ensure the Ark ‘Gold Standard’ is achieved. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Design health and safety site management systems where required, specific to client requirements. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Undertake onsite briefings and advise on risk management improvements. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with other consultants to ensure we are constantly sharing knowledge across the team. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of controlling risks, compliances etc in relation to our online management system QUOODA® </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Good working knowledge of Approved Document B</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Good working knowledge of BS 9999 / 9997</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Education suitable to be competent to carry out Fire and Health & Safety risk assessments on seven or more floors</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">The ability to undertake Fire Risk Assessments and General Risk Assessments at the same time</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Articulate and clear communicators and report writing abilities as well as a comprehensive understanding of current UK regulations</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Recognised fire safety memberships e.g. AIFireE, MIFireE, GIFireE, MIFSM or MIFPO (ADVANTAGEOUS)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Willing to apply for or have registered on any of the following fire risk assessors registers IFSM, FRACS, IFPO or IFE</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
