If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
• Support the HSE Manager leadership team and all functions in regulatory monitoring, and implementing the company Standards, particularly in security (AS323) and fire safety (AS320)
• Deliver fire safety training and awareness programs, including safety briefings and practical training in designated areas
• Manage badge enrollment and access control systems
• Act as the primary point of contact for authorities on all matters related to the Internal (POI) and External (PPI) Emergency Plans
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, as well as health, safety, environmental regulations, and APS standards
• Manage and develop risk assessments, safety procedures, fire safety instructions, HSE documentation, operating procedures, and the Internal Emergency Plan (POI)
• Lead, coordinate, and maintain the Internal Emergency Plan (POI)
• Train POI team members on their roles and responsibilities
• Deliver training for plant firefighters, emergency response and evacuation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintenance of fire protection systems, including extinguishers, evacuation plans, fire instructions, and hydrants
• Oversee security service providers, including training for security staff and reception personnel on security, fire safety, and emergency procedures
• Drive actions to ensure full regulatory compliance in security, fire safety, and emergency planning
• Conduct on-site audits to verify compliance with safety and security procedures and regulations
• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives in safety and security
and if you have/are:
Relevant experience in Fire, Safety and Security Management with a focus on risk prevention, emergency management, and regulatory compliance.
Practical skills in implementing emergency response plans (POI/PPI), delivering training programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Able to support operational teams and management in applying HSE standards, while ensuring the safety of people, assets, and facilities.
Recognized for strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the ability to perform effectively in demanding industrial environments.
