Join us in building the power foundation of the future!</div>Role Summary  We are looking for a Firmware Manager to lead and grow the embedded software team responsible for the control, safety, and communication firmware that powers our converters and solid-state transformer platforms.  You will guide technical architecture, drive execution across multiple product lines, and build a team that consistently delivers highreliability embedded systems. This role is handson: you will both manage engineers and contribute to design, code reviews, system bringup, and debugging of real hardware.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the
