font-size: 10pt;">As a Fixed Assets &amp; Inventory Accounting Supervisor, you will grow the analytical and research capabilities and technical acumen of the department, develop a strong understanding of all aspects of Fixed Assets and Inventory accounting, provide leadership, and facilitate teamwork.</span></p> <hr> <p style="text-align: center; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain and oversee the fixed asset subledger and related accounting records.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review capital expenditure requests and ensure proper capitalization in accordance with company policy</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review additions, disposals, transfers, impairments, and depreciation of fixed assets</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor construction-in-progress projects and ensure timely capitalization</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct annual fixed asset audits</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
