The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for working with tolling and ticketing agencies, as well as third-party vendors, to obtain and accurately apply timely invoices to rental contracts.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><em>Schedule: </em></strong>This is a Full-time role, approx. 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><em><strong>Pay</strong></em>: $17/hr</span></p> <h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate with tolling and ticketing agencies and third-party vendors to ensure invoices are received and applied accurately to rental contracts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist company locations with ordering and applying registrations and license plates.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support fleet operations to ensure vehicles are available and compliant for maximum utilization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems, including Google Drive</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
